What you can compare

Choose an ordinary-clothing basket weight, service, pickup or drop-off, and area. Compare published charges, read minimums and collection terms, save up to three laundries in your browser, and prepare an enquiry for the operator. There are no customer accounts, bookings or payments on Basketwise.

Where the information comes from

The research snapshot contains 14 operators, 31 service variants and 42 distinct source URLs. Listings link to operator websites, booking pages, terms and price lists. Access dates describe research activity; they do not guarantee that a tariff is still valid or that an operator accepts your basket or address. No operator has confirmed a quote for you.

How the calculator handles gaps

Minimum billable weight is separate from minimum accepted weight. Pickup, return, regional charges and thresholds are used only where their scope is established. Unknown delivery fees, VAT, rounding, service inclusions and order-minimum rules remain visible. An approximate load bundle, a conflicting tariff or a missing weight formula stays quote-required. Missing charges never become zero.

A published laundry subtotal can exclude transport or tax. A known-charge estimate is not a confirmed all-in quote. Confirm the final dry weight, excluded garments, collection slot and complete payable amount directly with the operator.

A dated snapshot, with a limited launch recheck

The downloadable dataset and calculator preserve the research snapshot dated 25 October 2026. A limited launch recheck reached some linked sources; others timed out, were rate-limited or were unavailable to the research tool. The full dataset has not been freshly reconfirmed.

During that recheck, WashLab’s main pricing page and its booking page showed matching advertised rates. The earlier snapshot still records a price conflict and the calculator conservatively keeps that entry quote-required until the full terms are reconciled. Check the current operator pages before choosing.

Prices, service areas and availability can change. The snapshot date is not a live-price promise, and there is no automatic refresh service.

Independence and corrections

There are no paid placements or affiliate booking commissions in this release. Cost sorting follows the selected basket and puts known published charges before unresolved subtotals; it is not a service-quality ranking. Operators remain responsible for their services.
