Report a listing correction
Include the laundry name, a link to the operator’s current page or price list, and the fee, service or condition you believe is wrong. The operator update worksheet can help you prepare the details; it does not submit anything automatically.

Contact your chosen operator through its listing. The basket comparison can prepare a checklist to copy or open in your own email application. Basketwise cannot confirm collection slots, change an operator’s booking or resolve its payment or service issues.
What happens when you email us
The email link opens your email application. Nothing is sent by the website. If you choose to send a message, your email provider and our Proton Mail service process the message. We receive the sender details and any content or attachments you include and use them to respond or investigate the correction.
Please keep corrections focused on public business information. Do not send passwords, payment information, identification documents or your laundry collection address to Basketwise. Read the Privacy information for more detail.
Response expectations
This is an independently maintained project. There is no promised reply time, and a submitted correction is reviewed before publication.
